2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., scented candles, flowers, or food gifts)

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)


3. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will request photos or video evidence of the defect or wrong item.

  • Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible if the item is available in stock.

  • Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different size, color, or product.

  • Return and exchange shipping policies are the same as above.
